M&C Saatchi announces Board change

The Board is pleased to announce its intention to appoint Lorna Tilbian¹ as a non-executive Director. 

She will join the Board on 30 January 2018.

Lorna Tilbian has had a 30‐year career in investment banking, focused on the Media sector. From 1987 to 2012 she was a top‐ranked equity research analyst and in 2012 she was appointed Head of Media, Corporate Broking and Advisory at Numis Corporation PLC. Prior to joining Numis in 2001, Lorna worked at WestLB Panmure (1995‐2001), SG Warburg (1988‐1995) and Sheppards & Chase (1984‐1988).

Jeremy Sinclair, Chairman of M&C Saatchi, said: "Lorna Tilbian is one of the most experienced and respected figures in the industry.
