M&C Saatchi announces Board change

On the 21 September 2018 we announced that Jamie Hewitt, Group Finance Director, was stepping down. The Board is pleased to announce it has appointed Mickey Kalifa¹ as Group Finance Director. He will join the company on 14 January 2019 and the Board on 2 April 2019. It has been agreed that Jamie Hewitt will remain on the board until 30 March 2019 to create an effective handover.

Mickey Kalifa was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Sportech PLC, where he worked from 2008 to 2017 and is currently non-executive director of Zoo Digital Group PLC. He is a chartered accountant, having qualified with PwC and has a strong background in the media, technology and sports industry. Mickey has also held executive roles across a number of leading organisations in the UK and USA, including Liberty Global, Sky and Disney.
